Miks & Matt’s offers products that are custom-made to order, including personalized apparel, bags, and other products featuring customer-selected designs and details.

Because our products are created specifically for each customer, please carefully review your selections and personalization details before completing your order.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Our custom and personalized products are made according to the information and selections provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, including:

Names
Spelling
Wording
Dates
Sizes
Colors
Design selections
Personalization details
Images or artwork provided for customization

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or was incorrectly produced due to an error by Miks & Matt’s.

3. Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and designs as accurately as possible.

However, colors displayed on your device may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur during the custom production process.

4. Customer-Provided Images and Artwork

If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials for customization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials.

Miks & Matt’s is not responsible for the quality of the final printed result when limitations are caused by low-resolution, poor-quality, or otherwise unsuitable images supplied by the customer.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and fulfill your order.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Miks & Matt’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other destination-country charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Production and Shipping

All products are custom-made to order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten the production period. Expedited shipping only affects delivery time after your order has been completed and shipped.

International delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

8. International Orders

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that:

Customs authorities may delay your shipment.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
International shipping and customs-related charges may be non-refundable.
Refused or unclaimed packages may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.

Our custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
